I lost my key completely. Do I need a tow truck?+
No. Our mobile team comes to your car and produces and codes the new key on the spot, so there is no towing cost.
How fast do you arrive?+
In Küçükçekmece and nearby areas our average arrival time is 9 minutes. The job itself usually takes 20–30 minutes.
Can the lost key still open my car?+
While the new key is coded, the old key is deleted from the vehicle's memory. The lost key will no longer open or start the car.
How do I prove the car is mine?+
We ask for the vehicle registration and your ID. This is standard practice, for your security as much as ours.
Do you work at night and on holidays?+
The emergency line is open 24/7. Workshop hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00.
